Alton Village Hall is a good sized village hall capable of housing up to 180 people standing or 130 sitting. It has bar and kitchen facilities together with ladies, gents and disabled toilet facilities. There is a covered enclosed soft outdoor play area, and a public play area and recreation ground on the site and parking for 44 cars.

Its aims are to provide an affordable venue for regular groups to meet and for village events.

The hall is also available for hire for private and group events.
