Welcome to our easy booking system at Alton Village Hall. You should view our availability on the Events Page

Now make a provisional booking that is subject to confirmation by the Booking Secretary.

Once you have a confirmation email from us, we will ask you to download a copy of the Hiring Agreement from this website. Once you have agreed and signed this you should send it to us.

Alternatively, we can send you the Hiring Agreement if you are unsure of anything.

• Please make sure that your hiring agreement has been returned by email at least 28 days before your event.
• Your invoice (which will include the cost to hire the venue and the refundable deposit) will be raised at least 14 days in advance of your event and emailed to the person named on the booking form.
•  We respectfully request that payment is made at least 7 days in advance of your booking.

Hiring Agrees
